브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 롯데건설이 SBA(Seoul Business Agency) 서울창업허브와 ‘롯데건설 x 서울창업허브 오픈이노베이션’ 프로그램에 참여할 유망 스타트업을 오는 30일까지 모집한다.
오픈이노베이션 프로그램은 롯데건설과 서울창업허브가 건설산업 관련 분야 유망 스타트업을 대상으로 진행하는 협력 프로그램이다. 서울창업허브는 스타트업에 대한 종합적이고 체계적인 지원사업을 통해 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 지원하는 중소기업 지원기관 서울경제진흥원(舊 서울산업진흥원)에서 운영하는 창업지원센터다.
모집분야는 △3차원 기반 프로젝트 관리(BIM 활용 공사관리, AR∙VR∙XR 활용 현장 시뮬레이션 등) △로보틱스(건설시공 자동화, 고객 서비스 로봇 등) △스마트 인력 관리(드론 및 AI 카메라 활용 모니터링, 비접촉 생체신호 기반 근로자 관리 등) △그 외 안전, 품질관리, 시공기술 등 건설산업 전체 분야에 즉시 적용 가능한 기술 관련 자유주제를 포함한다. 건설산업 분야에서 롯데건설과 협업 의지가 있는 스타트업이라면 누구나 지원이 가능하다.

한편, 롯데건설은 지난해 3월 우수 스타트업 발굴 및 육성을 위해 서울 서초구 잠원동 본사에서 SBA 서울창업허브와 업무협약을 체결했고, 같은 해 5월 우수 스타트업을 모집해 11월 ‘오픈이노베이션 데모데이’를 개최했다.
당시 오픈이노베이션에 참여했던 기업 중 ‘디플리’는 무인감시 음향 AI 기술을 기반으로 건설현장에서 발생하는 소음을 측정하고 알람을 보내는 서비스 PoC(Proof of Concept, 기술검증)을 진행했으며, ‘텐일레븐’도 AI를 기반으로 건축 설계안을 분석하고 대안 설계를 자동으로 생성하는 기술 PoC를 완료했다. ‘팀워크’는 건설현장 도면 및 사진을 기록하고 관리하는 모바일 플랫폼 PoC를 완료해 현재 롯데건설 현장 2곳에 시범 적용 중이다.
