[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 ‘신혼 첫 주택 리모델링 지원사업’의 지원자격을 완화했다고 23일 밝혔다.
이 사업은 지난해 전국 최초로 시행해 온라인 시민 투표 결과 인구정책 우수 신규사업 1위로 선발된 바 있다.
지원 대상은 김해시에서 결혼한 이후 처음으로 주택을 구입해 거주하는 신혼부부로 ▲공고일 기준 혼인신고일 7년 이내 ▲부부합산 연소득 8,000만원 이하 ▲10년 이상 노후주택, 주택가격 2억5,000만원 이하 ▲주택 매입일 기준은 혼인신고일 이후 등의 요건을 모두 충족해야 한다.
시는 더 많은 신혼부부들이 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 주택 매입가격 기준을 2억원 이하에서 2억5,000만원 이하로 주택 매입일 기준을 공고일 이후에서 혼인신고일 이후로 완화해 신청 대상의 범위를 확대했다.
선정되면 리모델링 공사비의 50%, 최대 500만원을 지원받을 수 있다.
신청은 오는 29일부터 5월 20일까지 김해시청 공동주택과를 방문해 신청하면 된다.
시는 자격여부 심사 후 대상자를 선정해 리모델링이 완료되면 보조금을 지원한다.
김수철 공동주택과장은 “올해 신혼 첫 주택 리모델링 지원의 문턱을 낮춰 더 많은 신혼부부들이 안정적인 정주환경을 이루고 지역에 정착할 수 있도록 돕겠다”고 말했다.
