대통령실이 3일 다가온 어린이날을 맞아 '대한민국 대통령실 어린이 누리집' 홈페이지(children.president.go.kr)를 신규 공개했다고 전했다.
어린이 누리집 홈페이지는 대통령 이야기·대통령실 이야기·자랑스러운 우리나라·즐거운 배움터 등 코너로 구성됐다. 코너별로 역대 대통령·대통령 지위 및 역할·용산 대통령실 및 용산어린이정원·태극기·애국가·무궁화 등 국가 상징물 등 다양한 콘텐츠로 이뤄졌다.
윤석열 대통령은 인사말에서 "대통령이 하는 일 대부분이 어린이 여러분을 위한 일"이라며 "어린이 여러분이 즐겁게 뛰놀고 마음껏 꿈꾸며 건강하게 자랄 수 있는 행복한 나라를 만들기 위해 늘 최선을 다하고 있다"고 전했다.
또 "(홈페이지에) 매일매일 찾아와 대통령을 만나기 바란다"며 "어린이 여러분 꿈을 응원하며 더 열심히 노력하겠다"고 덧붙였다.
첫 코너 '대통령 이야기'엔 대통령이 하는 일과 역대 대통령 등에 대한 설명 및 그간 윤 대통령과 어린이들이 함께한 사진이 담겼다.
'대통령실 이야기' 코너 경우 청와대를 국민께 돌려드리고 새롭게 출범한 용산 대통령실과 과거 미군 부대서 현재 어린이를 위한 공간으로 재탄생한 용산어린이정원 소개 등이 담겼다.
'자랑스러운 우리나라' 코너엔 대한민국 국토와 태극기·애국가·무궁화 등 상징물이 담겼고, '즐거운 배움터' 경우 '대통령은 어떻게 되나요?' 등 어린이들이 궁금해할 내용이 친절한 문답 형식으로 담겨 있으며 정부 각 부처 어린이 누리집으로 연결되는 공간도 있다.
