16일 군에 따르면 혁신 아이디어 뱅크는, 공무원들이 군정 발전의 새로운 방향을 모색하기 위해 자발적으로 결성한 동아리 모임으로서, 다양한 직급의 공직자 총 35명으로 구성된 6개의 팀이 참가했다.
연구활동 과제는 ▲기후변화, 고령화에 따른 농·수산·임업 대전환, ▲저출생 극복과 지방소멸 대응, ▲관광객 천만시대를 위한 관광콘텐츠 개발의 지정과제 3가지와 그 밖의 자율과제 중 선택하였고, 오는 10월까지 수시 토론회와 선진지 벤치마킹 등 다양한 활동을 통해 과제 해결을 위한 아이디어를 발굴하게 된다.
손병복 울진군수는“연구활동을 통하여 직원들의 리더십이 발휘될 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 것으로 기대하고, 더 나아가행정의 전문성과 해결 능력을 기르고, 공직사회 내에 열정적인 리더십 문화를 확산시키는 마중물이
되도록 적극적으로 활동해 주기 바란다.”고 당부했다.
