총세력장은 △집결령 △척살령 △경비령 △확성기 등의 권한을 사용할 수 있으며, 거래소에서 누적된 세력 세금을 수령하거나 채널 자유 입장이 가능하다. 또한, 총세력장에게는 전용 의상과 모자가 지급되며, 등급 전용 상품을 구매할 수 있는 혜택이 주어진다.
