브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= LG유플러스는 휴가철 해외여행 고객들을 위한 고객센터 앱 ‘당신의U+’ 앱 로밍 관련 메뉴를 개편하고, 이에 대한 이벤트를 진행한다고 21일 밝혔다.
LG유플러스는 공식 홈페이지와 고객센터 앱 ‘당신의U+’에서 고객들이 간편하게 로밍 관련 문의를 해결할 수 있는 CS(고객 서비스) 메뉴를 개편했다. CS 메뉴는 △맞춤로밍 추천 △로밍요금제 신청 △부가서비스 신청 △실시간 로밍 데이터 이용 조회 △로밍 이용 요금 확인 △로밍 부가서비스 신청 및 해지 등의 기능으로 구성됐다.
LG유플러스는 앱 메뉴 개편을 기념해 이용자들에게 경품을 제공하는 ‘당신의U+ 새로고침’ 이벤트를 마련했다.
LG유플러스는 공식 홈페이지와 고객센터 앱 ‘당신의U+’ 앱에 접속해 ‘해외 로밍’ 메뉴를 클릭하는 고객을 대상으로 추첨을 통해 △여기어때 300만원권(1명, 국내·외 숙박 예매 가능) △하나투어 100만원권(3명, 해외 항공·숙박 및 국내 숙박 예매 가능) △코닥 필름카메라(20명) △스타벅스 아메리카노(500명) 등 다양한 경품을 증정한다.
이벤트 참여를 원하는 고객은 오는 6월 30일까지 당신의U+에 해외로밍 메뉴에 접속해 다양한 기능을 클릭하면 자동으로 응모가 된다.
