충남경찰청이 23, 24일 이틀간 보령머드컨벤션센터에서 국가공무원노동조합 경찰청지부 충남지회(이하 국공노 충남지회) 소속의 행정관 70여 명이 참석한 가운데 소통과 화합을 위한 공감 워크숍을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 워크숍은 충남경찰의 소중한 구성원으로서 경리·시설·의료 등 전문적이고, 기능적인 분야에서 행정 업무를 수행하고 있는 행정관에게 자긍심과 소속감을 고취시키고, 개인 역량 향상을 통해 직무만족도를 높이기 위해 마련되었다.
워크 자리에서 경찰 행정발전에 기여한 공로를 인정받아 아산서 수사과 심정희 행정관 등 6명(도경 경무계 정도건, 시설계 홍철상, 과학수사과 윤미연, 이영은, 태안서 경비교통과 김희숙)이 충남경찰청장 표창을 받았다.
아울러, 이번 워크숍에서는 국가공무원노동조합 경찰청지부 이연월 자문위원, 김용태 수석부위원장이 참석하여 ‘노동조합의 역할과 이해’라는 주제의 특강 및 선·후배 행정관의 소통의 장이 마련되어 다양한 의견과 발전방안을 제시하고 토론하는 시간을 가졌다.
