충남 서산시가 추진하는 ‘서산 수석지구 도시개발사업’이 2028년 12월 준공을 목표로 순조롭게 진행된다.
28일 충청남도가 수석지구 도시개발사업 사업시행자를 서산시장으로 지정·통보했다고 밝혔다.
서산 수석지구 도시개발사업은 총면적 48만 6천718㎡ 규모의 부지에 도로, 주거, 상업·유통 시설 등을 조성해 시의 중심 생활권과 내포신도시를 연결하는 거점을 육성하는 사업이다.
시는 지난해 12월 수석지구 도시개발사업 구역지정 및 개발계획(안) 수립 고시 후 사업조례 제정 등 관련 절차를 이행하고 올해 5월 9일 충청남도에 사업시행자 지정 요청서를 제출했다.
