충남 태안군이 3일 관내 섬주민들을 대상으로 정주환경 개선을 한다고 밝혔다.
태안군은 올초부터 “여객선운임 지원사업”,“도서민 생필품 지원사업”등 도서민들의 고충을 태안군이 앞장 선다고 밝혔다.
“여객운임사업”의 경우 가의도 주민들을 대상으로 연 사업비1700만 원이 투입되며.가의도 주민은 올해부터 안흥항-가의도 요금3100원(대인)중800원만 내면 여객선을 이용할 수 있으며, 차량을 여객선에 실을 때 부과되는 차량운임도 할인 혜택을 받는다.
“도서민 생필품 지원사업”은 육지에서 도서지역으로 운반하는LPG,난방유,분뇨수거차량,대형 전자제품 등의 왕복도선비 및 화물선 임차료를 지원하는 사업이다.
태안군은 올해 4월부터 주민들을 위한 정기 교통편을 마련하는 등 도서지역 주민들의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 지속적인 노력을 기울이고 있다며, 앞으로도 모든 군민이 높은 수준의 행정 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 세심히 살피겠다고 말했다.
