브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= KT는 지난 4일 KT광화문빌딩 East에서 ‘KT-그룹사 공동협력 추진 회의’를 열고, 산업안전 및 중대재해 예방을 위한 방안을 논의했다고 5일 밝혔다.
이날 회의에는 KT 안전보건총괄 임현규 부사장, KT 네트워크부문 서창석 부사장, kt engineering 김이한 사장, kt service 북부 진근하 사장, kt MOS 북부 김철기 사장 등 KT와 그룹사 임원 18명이 참석했다.
KT와 그룹사는 △안전사고 발생 원인 분석 및 예방대책 관리체계 강화 △안전관리 교육지원 및 기술 컨설팅 협력 △안전분야 전문 인력·기술 등 정보 공유 △워킹 그룹 정기 협의체 구성 등 그룹사 안전·보건 관리체계 구축과 지원 활동에 대해 논의했다.
특히, KT는 자체 개발한 생성형 AI 산업 안전 관리 플랫폼 ‘올 인 세이프티(All-in safety)’를 그룹사에 도입할 예정이다. 지난 4월 KT는 올 인 세이프티를 KT와 190여 개 KT 협력사가 이용할 수 있도록 개방했다. 앞으로 KT 그룹사와 그룹사 협력사까지 이용 대상을 확대할 계획이다.
KT 안전보건총괄 임현규 부사장은 “KT와 그룹사, 협력사가 안전·보건 관리를 위해 협력한다면 산업안전·중대재해를 더 효율적으로 예방할 수 있을 것”이라며, “안전은 우리 사회의 의무이자 필수 사항이라는 의식이 사회에 깊이 자리 잡도록 KT 그룹이 항상 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
