[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 지난 8일 시청 대회의실에서 올바른 육아 상식과 출산·육아 지원 시책을 재미있는 퀴즈로 풀어보는 ‘2024 도전 아빠 육아 골든벨 ’행사를 개최했다.
저출생 문제에 대한 사회적 관심을 높이고 독박육아는 이제 옛말이라는 변화된 시대상을 반영, ‘엄마·아빠 함께 육아’를 응원하기 위해 마련한 이날 행사에서는 육아만렙 아빠들이 퀴즈를 풀며 기량을 마음껏 뽐냈다.
골든벨 참여 아빠 50명 외에도 영·유아를 포함한 가족 모두가 총출동해 약 200여명이 참여한 이날 행사는 판타스틱 버블쇼, 조물조물 클레이, 아빠와 크레파스, 토더기와 함께 사진찍기 등 다채로운 체험이 가능한 ‘yes 키즈존’ 함께 준비돼 가족 모두를 위한 시간이 됐다는 평가다.
또 이날 바르게살기운동 김해시협의회에서 올해 첫 출발해 세 번째로 열린 ‘함께하면 든든한 육아를 다짐하는 함께육아 캠페인’을 세레머니와 함께 진행해 눈길을 모았다.
치열한 퀴즈배틀의 마지막 승자였던 ‘육아의 신’ 전씨는 “저 몰래 아내가 신청해서 참여했는데 1위까지 한 뜻깊은 하루다”며 “골든벨을 준비하면서 생각보다 많은 공부가 됐다”고 소감을 전하고 일찌감치 탈락한 이씨는 “예상보다 너무 빨리 탈락했지만 늦둥이 아빠라서 잘 몰랐던 최신 육아 정보를 알아가는 좋은 기회였다”고 말했다.
이날 퀴즈 1번 문제를 출제한 홍태용 시장은 “아빠 육아휴직자가 점차 늘고 있고 함께육아에 대한 인식도 확산되고 있지만 육아는 엄마의 몫이라는 부담은 여전한 것 같다”며 “육아는 한 사람의 인생을 성장하게 하는 아름다운 여정인 만큼 매 순간 소중한 시간을 마음껏 즐기시기를 바란다”고 전했다.
