중앙아시아 3국을 국빈 순방 중인 윤석열 대통령이 12일(현지시각) 두 번째 방문국 카자흐스탄에서 공식 일정에 들어간 가운데 카심 조마르트 토카예프 카자흐 대통령 환대를 받았다.
윤 대통령과 부인 김건희 여사는 이날 오전 아크 오르다 대통령궁에서 열린 공식환영식에 참석한 가운데 윤 대통령과 토카예프 대통령은 환영식이 열린는 대통령궁 로비에 들어서 양국 수행원들과 인사를 나눴다.
양 정상이 연단에 올라서자 카자흐 군악대는 애국가·카자흐 국가를 순서대로 연주하며 예를 갖춘 가운데 양국 국가 연주가 끝나자 양 정상은 카자흐 의장대 사열을 받았다.
김 여사는 토카예프 대통령 부인과 연단 뒤에서 자리를 지킨 가운데 공식환영식이 끝난 후 양 정상은 대통령궁 내부로 이동했다.
양 정상은 소인수·확대 정상회담 등 정상회담 일정을 마친 후 양국 양해각서(MOU)에 서명하고 공동 언론발표에 나선다.
앞서 윤 대통령 내외는 이날 카자흐 아스타나 국민 감사 기념비를 찾아 헌화했다.
