세종교육청, 학생맞춤통합지원 역량 강화 연수

세종시교육청이 12일 서울 방화초등학교에서 '교감 및 업무담당자 65명을 대상으로' ‘2024년 학생맞춤통합지원 교감 역량 강화 연수’를 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 연수는 교감 선생님들이 선도학교의 우수사례를 공유하고 직접 체험함으로써, 사업에 대한 이해도를 높이고 각급 학교의 체계적인 학생맞춤통합지원 구축 방안을 마련하고자 진행됐다.

‘학생맞춤통합지원’은 기초학력·심리 정서·다문화·특수·경제적 지원 등 개별적으로 학생을 지원하는 기존의 방식을 벗어나, 복합적 어려움을 겪는 학생을 중심으로 다양한 지원을 유기적으로 연계해 학생 맞춤형으로 통합 지원하는 체계다.

연수는 교육부에서 지정한 학생맞춤통합지원 중점 선도학교인 서울 방화초 김영미 교감이 ‘학생맞춤통합지원’을 주제로 알기 쉽고 명쾌한 강의를 진행했다.

내용은 학교 내 학생맞춤통합지원팀 구성 및 운영 방식 ,지역 자원 연계 지원 등이며, 김영미 교감이 학생 맞춤형 지원의 다양한 적용 사례를 강의해 참석자들의 많은 관심과 호응을 얻었다.
