[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 오는 15일 오후 5시 국립김해박물관 야외놀이마당에서 경남도 무형유산 김해오광대 공개행사가 개최된다고 밝혔다.
이번 공개행사에는 이명식, 정용근 보유자를 비롯한 이수자 등 40여명이 참여하며 누구나 자유롭게 관람할 수 있다.
김해오광대는 정월대보름에 평안함과 경사로움을 기원하며 경남지역을 중심으로 내려온 민속가면극으로 2015년 정통성과 전승가치를 인정받아 도 무형유산으로 지정됐고 2022년 유네스코 인류무형유산에 등재된 한국의 탈춤 18종 중 하나에 포함됐다.
오광대의 구성은 중과장, 노름꾼과장, 양반과장, 영노과장, 할미영감과장, 사자무과장 총 6과장이며 파계승의 풍자, 양반에 대한 조롱, 일부대 처첩 간의 삼각관계 등의 내용을 1시간 30분 동안 해학적으로 풀어낸다.
보유자, 이수자, 전수생들이 힘을 합쳐 전통을 보전하고 계승·발전시키기 위해 구슬땀을 흘리며 전수 활동에 매진하고 있는 김해오광대는 관내 초등학교, 청소년수련회 등에서 찾아가는 교육과 찾아가는 공연을 마련해 청소년 연희자를 발굴하기 위해 노력 중이다.
