브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= ㈜엔씨소프트가 QA 서비스 사업부문, 응용 소프트웨어 개발 공급 사업부문 등 2개의 사업부문을 물적 분할한다.
엔씨는 지난 24일 임시 이사회를 열고 회사 분할 및 2개의 신설회사 설립을 결정했다고 25일 밝혔다.
이번 분할을 통해 각 사업부문별 신속하고 전문적인 의사결정이 가능한 경영 체제를 확립하고 핵심 경쟁력 강화를 추진한다는 계획이다. 엔씨는 전문화된 영역에 역량을 집중해 사업 고도화를 실현하고 궁극적으로 기업가치와 주주가치 제고에 집중할 방침이다.
신설회사는 ‘주식회사 엔씨큐에이(NC QA COMPANY, 가칭)’, ‘주식회사 엔씨아이디에스(NC IDS COMPANY, 가칭)’ 등 2개의 비상장법인이다.
‘엔씨큐에이’는 QA(Quality Assurance, 품질 보증) 서비스 사업부문 전문 기업이다. 사업 영역은 △소프트웨어 품질 보증 서비스 및 기타 관련 사업 △컴퓨터 프로그래밍, 시스템 통합 및 관리 △정보 기술 및 컴퓨터 운영 관련 서비스 등이다.
‘엔씨아이디에스’는 응용 소프트웨어 개발 공급 사업부문 전문 기업이다. 사업 영역은 △응용 소프트웨어 개발 및 공급 △컴퓨터 시스템 통합 자문 및 구축 △시스템 소프트웨어 개발 및 공급 등이다.
