【브레이크뉴스 울진】이우근 기자=한국수력원자력(주) 한울원자력본부(본부장 이세용, 이하 한울본부)는 경상북도 울진교육지원청과 공동으로 오는 8월 17일 오후 3시 한울에너지팜 대강당에서 대구·경북권 중고등학생 댄스 페스티벌 ‘Show Me Your Energy’를 개최한다고 3일 밝혔다.

댄스 페스티벌은 한울본부에서 주관하는 ‘제1회 한울 ESG 문화제’의 일환으로 미래 세대에게 친환경 에너지의 가치를 알리고, 예술적 재능을 발휘할 기회를 제공하고자 마련되었다. 7월 22일부터 7월 31일까지 대구·경북 관내 3∼10인 중고등학생 댄스팀이라면 누구나 참가신청서와 안무 동영상을 온라인으로 제출하여 예선 접수가 가능하다.
예선 심사에서 선발된 12팀은 8월 17일 본선에서 ‘미래세대의 스마트 에너지’를 1분 이상 춤으로 표현하는 미션과 함께 다채로운 창작 안무를 선보일 계획이다. 또한, Mnet 스트릿 걸스 파이터에 출연했던 댄스 크루인 ‘에이치’가 특별심사위원으로 참여하며 공연도 펼칠 예정이다.
경연 결과에 따라 대상(한울원자력본부장상) 300만 원, 금상(울진교육지원청교육장상) 200만 원, 은상 100만 원 등 총상금 680만 원을 장학금으로 수여한다. 참가신청서와 자세한 내용은 한울본부 홈페이지와 공연 포스터 내의 QR코드에 접속 시 확인 가능하다.
이세용 본부장은 “이번 행사를 통해 청소년들이 끼와 열정을 마음껏 발휘할 수 있었으면 한다. 더불어 8월 17일에 댄스 페스티벌과 함께 개최하는 제1회 한울 ESG 문화제에도 많은 관심을 바라며, 뜨거운 호응에 힘입어 매년 여름이면 떠오르는 지역의 청소년 축제로 자리매김했으면 한다”라고 말했다.
