김해시 자원순환시설 현대화사업 승인 취소 소송 ‘기각’

[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시 자원순환시설 현대화사업과 관련 경남도가 승인한 폐기물처리시설 설치계획(변경) 승인을 취소해 달라며 원고(이영철 외 620명)가 제기한 폐기물처리시설 설치계획(변경) 승인 취소 행정소송 신청을 법원이 기각했다.

김해시 관계자는 “자원순환시설 현대화사업이 위법 사항 없이 정당한 절차에 의해서 이루어진 적법한 행위인 만큼 향후 안전한 소각시설 설치에 온 힘을 기울여 사업 추진에 속도를 내겠다”고 밝혔다.
