[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해문화관광재단이 김해형 행복마을 만들기 ‘김해피’’ 사업을 본격 시작했다.
이에 지난 10일 김해문화의전당 2층 영상미디어센터 시청각실에서 오리엔테이션을 가졌다.
김해피 사업은 문화도시 조성 사업의 일환으로 읍·면 단위 지역 주민이 주도적으로 마을 단위 문화 사업을 모색하고 이를 통해 마을 공동체 결속과 개인의 삶의 질 향상을 위해 추진되고 있는 사업이다.
본 사업은 올해 2년 차 사업으로 1년 차에 참여한 10개 마을 중 공모를 통해 선정된‘지속 마을’7개 △봉림마을 △하사촌마을 △초정마을 △하사마을 △상리마을 △동구마을 △북구1마을, 올해 처음 사업에 참여하는‘신규 마을’3개 △북곡마을 △시호1구마을 △효동마을의 마을 대표와 주민들이 행사에 참석했다.
이날 행사에는 마을 대표와 주민을 비롯해 마을 활동을 돕는 마을 PD 및 관계자 등 40여명이 모인 자리에서 마을 대표가 직접 올해 활동 계획과 포부를 밝혔다.
발표를 맡은 ‘지속마을’하사마을 신정옥 부녀회장은 “2023년 김해피사업을 통해 주민들이 공동체 활동을 다시 시작하게 됐다"며 "올해는 거동이 힘드신 어르신도 쉽게 참여하실 수 있는 노래 수업과 화각 공예 등의 공동 문화 활동을 할 예정이다"고 전했다.
이어 "이를 통해 산업단지 개발로 삭막해진 우리 마을을 되살리고 고령의 어르신들의 안녕을 살피는 안전한 울타리가 되어드리겠다”고 했다.
올해 처음으로 사업에 참여하는 북곡 마을의 손인규 이장은 “김해낙동강 레일파크가 위치한 북곡 마을은 해 질 녘 노을이 장관을 이룬다. 올해 김해피사업을 통해 해 질 녘 노을을 닮은 마을 어르신들의 생애 기록 활동과 거동이 불편하신 어르신들도 쉽게 참여하실 수 있는 미술 수업을 할 계획이다”고 말했다.
김해문화관광재단 관계자는 “올해 2년 차로 접어드는 김해피 사업이 마을 주민들에게 해피 바이러스로서 더욱 널리 퍼져나가길 바란다”며 “김해문화관광재단이 김해지역의 문화향유 격차를 줄이는데 앞장서겠다”고 전했다.
