브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자서비스가 집중호우 피해 지역에 특별서비스팀을 파견하고 수해 복구에 나섰다.
삼성전자서비스는 11일 충남 논산시 강경읍과 전북 완주군 운주면, 12일에는 대전광역시 서구 용촌동에 각각 수해 복구 서비스 거점을 구축하고 지원 활동을 시작했다.
수해 복구 서비스팀은 침수된 전자제품의 상태를 점검하고 오염물 세척, 부품 교체 등 서비스를 제공한다.
광범위한 지역에서 침수 피해가 발생한 충북 영동군, 경북 영양군 입암면에서는 서비스 엔지니어들이 피해 가정을 직접 순회하며 수해 복구를 지원한다.
또한, 고객이 삼성전자서비스 컨택센터로 “가전제품이 침수됐다”고 접수하면 엔지니어가 방문해 동일한 수해 복구 서비스를 제공할 예정이다.
휴대폰 점검 장비가 탑재된 버스를 현장에 투입하는 ‘찾아가는 휴대폰 점검 서비스’도 병행 실시해 생활필수품인 휴대폰의 세척, 건조, 고장 점검 등을 진행한다.
한편, 삼성전자서비스는 집중 호우, 태풍, 산사태 등 자연재해가 발생하면 비상 대응 체계를 가동하고 긴급 복구 활동을 실시하고 있다.
