한국마사회는 매년 청년인턴을 채용해 청년들에게 다양한 프로그램과 실무적인 실무 경험을 제공하고 있다. 직무 중심의 블라인드 채용을 통해 공정성과 투명성을 강화하며, 채용규모를 확대하는 등 채용 과정의 양적·질적 개선에 힘쓰고 있다.
‘2024년 체험형 청년인턴’ 모집 기간은 오는 8월 11일까지이다. 채용 분야는 일반, 말산업 전문, 장애인으로 나눠져 있으며, 각 분야별로 수행직무가 구분된다.
