세종시교육청 전 직원들을 대상으로 '소통·공감의 날'이 1일 열렸다.
세종시교육청은 이날 청사 2층 대강당에서 본청 직원과 직속 기관 직원들을 대상으로 8월 소통·공감의 날을 개최하고 업무 점검에 들어갔다.
이번 행사는 ▲2분기 국민 신문고 민원 처리 우수 부서 및 우수자 시상 ▲상반기 보도의 달인 시상 ▲교육감 당부 말씀 ▲명사 특강 순으로 진행됐다.
명사 특강에는 서울대 음악학과 김영선 교수가 나서 ‘음악, 아름다운 소리의 세계’라는 주제로 강의를 진행했다.
김영선 교수는 소리의 특성과 음악의 문화적 상호성이 우리에게 영감을 주는 과정에 대해 설명하고, 여러 음악을 들려주어 더위에 지친 직원들에게 치유(힐링)의 시간을 선사했다.
이날 최교진 교육감은 “방학 중 아이들의 성장을 지원하는 다양한 프로그램을 진행하고 있는 협력 학교의 운영 상황을 꼼꼼하게 살피고, 보완점과 어려움을 파악하는 것이 중요하다.”며,“2025년도 본예산 편성 작업을 준비할 시기인데, 대내외적인 경제 여건과 재정 악화를 반영해 재정을 운용해야 하고, 우리 교육청의 의무 지출이 꾸준히 늘고 있는 상황 등 여러 어려움을 감안해 전략적으로 예산을 편성해야 한다.”고 강조했다.
또, “2025학년도 수학 능력 시험을 100일 앞둔 학생들의 정신 건강과 신체 건강을 잘 살필 수 있도록 도와주고, 입시 지도 선생님들을 위한 차질 없는 지원이 이뤄져야 한다.”고 당부했다.
