지원대상은 경상북도 내 주소지를 둔 세자녀 이상 가족 중 막내가 13세 미만이면 신청 가능하며, 치료목적의 진료비를 연 1회, 최대 5만원까지 지원받을 수 있다.

지원기준은 가족 전원의 병·의원 본인부담금, 약제비 등 치료를 목적으로 하는 진료비이며, 진료비 지원 제외 항목은 치료목적 이외 건강검진, 스켈링, 예방접종, 한의과 등 건강관리를 위한 진료비이다.

지원 신청자는 신청서, 진료비 및 약제비 영수증 원본, 주민등록등본 또는 가족관계증명서, 통장사본을 지참하여 보건소에 방문신청 또는 우편접수 하면된다. 사업기간은 예산 소진시까지이며 기타 궁금한 사항은 울진군 보건소 모자건강팀(054-789-5053)으로 문의하면 된다.
