[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 제2회 추가경정예산안을 기정예산보다 33억 원이 증가된 8,206억 원으로 편성하여 지난 16일 거창군의회에 제출했다고 26일 밝혔다.
이번 추경 예산에서 일반회계는 26억 원이 늘어난 7,663억 원이고 특별회계는 7억 원이 늘어난 543억 원으로, 군정 주요업무 연속성 유지, 민생경제 활력 등 군민 체감도가 높은 사업에 우선적인 재정수요를 반영했다.
정부의 긴축재정 기조가 계속되는 만큼 재정 건전성과 효율성 강화에 기반을 두고 재원 투입 시기와 단계의 전략적 적용, 연내 집행 가능성 등 세출예산 구조조정을 단행하여 주요 현안 사업의 탄력적 추진에도 중점을 두었다.
주요 사업은 농촌 인력난 해소, 초중고 지원, 청소년 꿈키움바우처 지원, 소상공인 경영환경 개선, 일자리 사업 등 고용 촉진 및 안정, 공립요양병원 운영, 청년농업인 영농정착 지원, 맞춤형 중소형 농기계 지원, 제2 창포원 파크골프장 부대시설 확충사업 등이다.
