성남시, 여수동 가족문화 특화거리 ‘여기로’ 조성

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=성남 이현준기자] 성남시가 여수동 공공공지 1호 일대 상권을 가족문화 특화거리로 단장했다.

여수동 가족문화 특화거리 ‘여기로’에는 사계절의 풍경을 담은 트릭아트 6곳과 시민들을 위한 포토존과 벤치, 안내도가 곳곳에 배치됐다.

특화거리 조성을 기념하기 위해 5일 오후 12시부터 5시까지 ‘모두모여 여기로’ 축제가 시청 앞 여수동 상권 일대에서 열렸다.

성남시와 성남시상권활성화재단, 여수동상권상인회 공동 주최로 열리는 이번 행사에는 여수동 상인회 소속 총 60개 점포가 참여했다.

해당 점포에서 1만 원 이상 구매 후 영수증을 지참하여 이벤트 부스 방문 시 어린이 체험 공간 및 룰렛 이벤트, 삐에로 풍선 이벤트 등 가족 단위 고객들이 함께 즐길 수 있는 다양한 행사가 진행됐다.

신상진 성남시장은 “여수동 가족문화 특화거리 ‘여기로’의 이름에 걸맞게 가족 단위 고객이 함께 즐길 수 있도록 다양한 공간을 조성했다”라며 “이번 특화거리 지정으로 여수동의 상권이 활성화되기를 기대한다”라며 말했다.

시는 지난 2022년 모란전통기름시장 기름 골목을 ‘백년기름 특화거리’로 지정한 것을 시작으로, 지난해 청계산 옛골마을에 2호 특화거리인 ‘청계산 음식문화 특화거리’, 백현동 상권에 3호 특화거리인 ‘백현카페문화 특화거리’, 여수동 상권에 4호 특화거리인 ‘가족문화 특화거리 여기로’를 지정하고 상권 활성화 사업을 추진하고 있다.

또한 올 상반기에 구미동 까치마을 상권 등 특화거리 2개소를 추가 지정해 특화거리 지원사업을 이어가고 있다.
