‘우리동네 시장실’은 시장이 지역주민을 직접 만나 소통하며 주민의 불편이나 시정 의견을 듣는 자리로, 주민과 더 가까운 민생소통 행정을 실천하고자 기획됐다.
6일 철산2동에서 올해 여섯 번째 ‘우리동네 시장실’에서 박 시장은 도덕초 학부모, 철산2동 주민자치회 및 유관단체장, 철산2동 관내 상인회 등과 간담회를 시작으로 동 특성화 사업 ‘어르신 푸드 테라피’에 참여해 1인 어르신 가구의 사회관계망 형성에 힘썼으며 오후에는 영풍경로당에서 어르신들의 안부를 살폈다.
먼저 도덕초 학부모와 간담회에서는 철산2동 교육환경에 관한 학부모의 의견을 듣고 개선 방안을 논의했다. 이날 학부모들은 아이들의 안전한 등·하교를 위한 통학버스 운영과 도덕초-광명지하차도 다목적 CCTV 설치를 건의했다.
이에 대해 박 시장은 “광명교육지원청과 협의를 통해 철산8·9단지 재건축 준공 시까지 통학버스를 증원해 총 9대 운영하겠다”고 밝혔다. 또 도덕초-광명지하차도 사이 다목적 CCTV는 “오는 10월 말까지 설치할 계획”이라고 말했다.
