광주시의회, 제311회 임시회 마무리

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=광주 이현준기자] 광주시의회(의장 허경행)는 9일 오전 제2차 본회의를 열고, 제311회 임시회를 마무리했다.

임시회는 제2회 일반 및 특별회계 세입·세출 추가경정 예산(안), 제2차 기금운용계획 변경(안) 각 1건을 비롯해 조례안 18건, 동의안 및 기타 의안 16건 등 총 38건의 안건을 심사하고 이 중 33건을 원안 가결하고 2건을 수정가결, 1건을 심사 보류하는 등 심도 있은 심사를 진행했다.

심사 보류된 1건은 '광주시문화재단 설립 및 운영에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안'이다.

그 외 주요 처리내용을 살펴보면,'2024년 제2회 일반 및 특별회계 세입·세출 추가경정예산(안)'은 집행부가 당초 제출한 1조 8,110억 원 중 4,500만 원을 삭감하여 수정가결 했으며, '제2차 기금운용계획 변경안'은 원안 가결했다.

또한, 시의회는 윤리특별위원회를 구성하고 위원장으로 주임록 의원을, 부위원장으로 황소제 의원을 선임, 이번 회기 중 치유 농업 발전을 위한 제언 등 총 3건의 의원 10분 발언과, 수양리 출소자 갱생보호시설에 대한 광주시의 대응 방안 등 총 3건의 시정질문 답변을 청취하였다.
