윤석열 대통령이 오는 24일 국민의힘 한동훈 대표·지도부를 용산으로 초청해 만찬 회동을 갖는다. 정헤전 대통령실 대변인은 19일 오전 서면브리핑에서 이같은 사안을 전했다.
윤 대통령은 2박 4일 간의 체코 공식 방문(19~22일)을 마치고 귀국 후 한 대표를 비롯한 여당 지도부와 만나는 가운데 대통령실·여당 지도부 간 소통 차원에서 마련된 것이다.
만찬 회동에선 올해 추석 민심 점검과 함께 시급한 현안인 의료개혁을 비롯 다양한 과제 특히 여·야·의·정 협의체가 의료계 불참으로 출범못하는 상황에서 관련 타개 방안이 논의될 걸로 보인다.
