경과원, 2024년 인적자원개발 최우수기관 선정

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도경제과학진흥원은 ‘2024년 인적자원개발 우수기관 인증(Best-HRD)’ 최우수 기관으로 선정됐다.

인적자원개발 우수기관 인증제(Best-HRD)는 교육부와 인사혁신처가 총괄하고 한국직업능력연구원이 지속적인 임직원 교육 제공, 객관적 채용관리 등 인적자원개발과 관리가 우수한 기관을 인증하는 제도다.

국내 최고 수준의 공신력을 가진 인사 분야 인증 사업으로, 교육부와 인사혁신처는 올해 전국 공공부문에서 47개 우수기관을 선정했다.

경과원은 2018년 최초 인증, 2021년 재인증에 이어 세 번째 인증과 더불어 공직유관단체 부문에서 최우수기관으로 24일 선정됐다.

이번 인증 획득으로 경과원은 3년간 정기근로감독 면제, 인적자원개발 우수기관 인증로고 활용, 담당자 교육부장관 표창 수상 등을 받는다.

경과원은 ▲임직원 전문역량 강화를 위한 직무교육 강화 ▲직종별 직무중심 채용시스템 고도화 ▲인적개발과 인적관리의 연계성 등에 대해 서류심사, 인증위 심의위원회를 거쳐 성과를 인정 받았다.

특히 경과원은 인적자원관리(HRM)와 인적자원개발(HRD)의 효과적인 연계로 높은 평가를 받았다. 온라인 학습 플랫폼과 맞춤형 직무 교육 시스템을 구축·운영하고 있으며, 경력개발계획(CDP)을 통해 임직원들의 자율적 경력 설계를 지원하고 있다.
