안산시, 직업소개 사업 종사자 직무역량 강화 교육

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=안산 이현준기자] 안산시는 직업소개 사업 종사자를 대상으로 직무역량 강화 교육을 실시했다.

직업소개 사업은 ‘직업안정법’에 따라 모든 근로자가 각자의 능력을 개발하고 발휘할 수 있는 직종에 취업할 기회를 제공한다. 또한 정부와 민간이 협력해 각 산업에 필요한 노동력이 원활하게 수급되도록 지원함으로써 근로자의 직업안정을 도모하는 데 목적을 두고 있다.

직업소개사업자에 대한 교육 훈련은 매년 실시해야 하는 법정 교육으로 이번에는 상록구에서 주최하고 전국고용서비스협회 주관으로 지난 24일 상록구청 시민홀에서 실시됐다.

관내 직업소개소 종사자 170여 명이 참여한 교육에서는 ▲직업안정법 및 제도 소개와 준수사항 ▲세무 실무 ▲직업소개업 사례 중심 실무 등 직업소개사업자가 현장에서 바로 활용할 수 있는 내용으로 구성됐다.

특히 이번 교육에서는 상록·단원 경찰서에서 사업소 차량 운행 시 교통사고 예방을 위한 교통 법규 관련 교육을 함께 진행해 의미를 더했다.

한편, 시는 안전한 직업소개소 환경을 조성하기 위해 하반기 직업소개소 지도·단속을 이어갈 예정이다.
