평택시, 청북 다목적체육관 기공식

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=평택 이현준기자] 평택시는 청북 다목적체육관 기공식을 개최했다.

평택시 청북읍 후사리 8-1번지 일원에 조성되는 청북 다목적체육관은 지역주민의 건강증진을 꾀하고 생활체육의 저변 마련을 위해 특별조정교부금 등 총사업비 72억 원을 들여 연면적 873㎡ 규모로 조성되며, 내년 6월에 완공될 예정이다.

다목적체육관 외에 야외에는 족구장 및 다목적 광장 등이 조성될 예정이다.

기공식에서 정장선 시장은 “청북 다목적체육관의 성공적인 착공을 축하하며 본 사업을 시작으로 서부지역의 생활체육 활성화에 기여할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
