[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도경제과학진흥원은 중소벤처기업인증원으로부터 국제표준 부패방지경영시스템(ISO 37001) 인증을 획득했다.
경과원은 지난 23일 광교 비전실에서 강성천 경과원장, 엄진엽 중소벤처기업인증원장 등이 참석한 가운데 ‘ISO 37001’인증 수여식을 가졌다.
ISO 37001은 국제표준화기구(ISO)가 제정한 국제 표준으로, 조직의 반부패 정책과 실행, 유지, 모니터링 및 개선 활동을 평가하는 제도다.
이 인증은 조직의 부패 위험을 체계적으로 관리하고 대응하는 정책과 절차를 마련했음을 인증하는 제도다. ESG 경영 중요성 증대와 함께 그 가치가 더욱 부각되고 있다.
경과원은 ▲기관장의 부패방지 경영 의지 ▲노사 협력을 통한 부패 취약분야 개선 ▲청렴문화 확산을 위한 청렴리더 협의체 운영 등 부패방지경영체계를 구축해 왔다.
특히 올해 3월에는 ‘GBSA임직원 청렴 캠페인’을 통해 청렴한 조직문화 조성에 대한 의지를 다졌다. 이 캠페인에서는 모바일 전자서명을 활용해 전 직원이 투명하고 청렴한 조직문화 구현, 공정한 직장문화 조성, 지속가능한 인권경영 조직문화 구현, 이해충돌방지법 준수 등을 서약했다.
아울러 내부감사시스템, 청렴마일리지제도, 임직원 반부패 청렴 교육, 찾아가는 청렴간담회, 청렴시민감사관제도, 내부 신고센터 운영 등 다양한 반부패, 청렴, 인권경영 정책도 도입했다.
강성천 경과원장은 “이번 ISO 37001 인증은 우리 기관 임직원들의 부패방지와 윤리경영 노력을 공식적으로 인정받은 중요한 성과”라며 “앞으로도 경기도 중소벤처기업들이 신뢰할 수 있는 기관으로 성장해 나가겠다”고 강조했다.
앞서 경과원은 지난 13일 제13회 경기도 청렴대상 단체부문에서 ‘부패대응 모의훈련’을 통해 부패행위 발생 시 대응능력을 향상하고 부패ㆍ공익 신고에 대한 이해도를 높여 청렴한 공직문화 정착에 노력했다는 평가를 받아 최우수상을 수상했다.
