[브레이크뉴스경기남부=김포 이현준기자] 김포시는 건축허가 행정의 수요자인 관내 건축사협회와 간담회를 개최했다.
지난 24일 간담회에서 현장의 건의사항을 수렴하며 허가행정 서비스 개선을 위한 발전방안을 모색했다.
이날 시청 영상회의실에서 열린 간담회는 시 종합허가과 관계자들과 김포시 건축사협회 임원 등 17명이 참석하여 상호 건의사항을 개진하고 신속한 인·허가 처리 및 서비스 개선방안에 대해 집중적으로 토의했다.
시는 사용승인 시 자재의 납품확인서와 시험성적서 간 업체가 상이한 경우 관계서류가 누락되어 반복적 보완사항이 발생하는 상황에 대해 시공사 문서를 철저히 검토해 줄 것을 당부했다.
또한 복합 인허가 행정서비스의 전문성 및 안정성에 대한 신뢰도 함양을 위해 건축허가 시 의제되는 토목건축물 또한 건축사 감리범위에 포함될 수 있는지 협조 요청했다.
건축사협회는 종합허가과 신설 후 원스톱 인허가 처리에 따른 민원 편의성이 높아진 점에 대해서는 만족하면서도 최대 20여 협의대상 부서 중 복합심의 진행 시 실질적으로 해당되는 협의 대상을 선별하고 신속·정확하게 진행하여 민원 만족도가 함양될 수 있도록 사무의 효율을 기해 줄 것을 협조 요청했다.
조근환 종합허가과장은 “신속·친절·정확한 인허가 처리 및 서비스 향상을 위해 건의사항에 대해서는 적극적으로 반영할 계획이며, 협회에서도 적극적으로 협조해 줄 것”을 당부했다.
