[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 수원시는 ‘2024 수원음식문화박람회’를 개최한다.
제61회 수원화성문화제 기간에 열리는 수원음식문화박람회는 먹거리 판매가 중심이 되는 기존 음식축제 방식에서 벗어나 민간이 참여하고, 방문객들이 다양한 체험을 할 수 있는 축제다. 개막행사는 10월 4일 오후 2시 수원화성박물관 부설주차장에서 열린다.
비즈니스관(식품류·기기류·비건 관련 제품 등 판매·홍보), 새빛식당(일반), 마실거리관(푸드트럭), 체험관, 음식문화거리 홍보관 등 8개 테마관으로 구성된다.
새빛식당에는 8개 업체가 참여해 멕시칸 타코, 만두, 갈비살꼬치, 육해공우동볶음, 수원불고기해장우동, 소유라멘, 전 등 다양한 메뉴(총 21개)를 판매한다. 음식값은 5000원~1만 8000원이다.
비즈니스관에서는 28개 업체가 소스류, 만두, 도넛, 수제 과일청, 커피, 주류, 빵, 텀블러, 젓갈, 떡볶이 등 가공·즉석 식품 등을 판매한다.
채험관에서는 머핀 장식하기, 맛 고추장 만들기, 나만의 케이크 만들기, 수원약과 만들기, 떡메치기 등 체험을 할 수 있다.
수원시가 주최하고, (사)경기도전통음식협회가 주관하는 제13회 수원 전국요리경연대회는 4일 오전 9시 시작된다.
‘새로운 트렌드 요리! 빛나는 수원의 맛!’을 주제로 열리는 전국요리경연대회에는 라이브 경연, 전시 경연 등 2개 부문에 총 18팀이 참가한다. 심사를 거쳐 대상, 최우수, 우수, 장려상을 선정한다.
