2019년부터 시행한 “특정일 무료운행”서비스는지난 ‘장애인의 날’, ‘어린이날’, ‘어버이날’에도 무료 운행을 실시한 바 있다.
그 동안 공사 전 직원 모금으로 운영하였으나, 2023년 오산시 교통약자이동 편의증진위원회로부터 무료운행을 승인받아 23년 노인의 날부터 적용했다.
