[브레이크뉴스경기남부=광주 이현준기자] 광주시는 ‘제24회 중국(쯔보) 국제도자박람회’에 참석했다.
광주시 공무원과 도예인으로 구성된 대표단이 25일부터27일까지 2박 3일의 일정으로 국제 자매도시인 중국 산둥성 쯔보시를 방문했다.
광주시와 쯔보시는 지난 2003년부터 ‘도자기 도시’라는 인연으로 자매결연을 맺은 이후, 양 시의 도자기 축제 개최 때마다 상호 방문하여 교류를 이어오고 있다.
방세환 광주시장은 마샤오레이(??磊) 쯔보시 당서기와 만나 양 도시 간 교류 활성화를 논의하였으며, 제24회 쯔보 국제도자박람회 개막식에서 국제 자매도시를 대표로 축사했다.
또한 광주시 왕실도예조합은 이번 박람회에전시 부스를 운영하여 광주왕실도자기 25점을 전시·홍보했다.
방세환 시장은 “제24회 쯔보 국제도자박람회 개막식에광주시 대표단을 초청해준 쯔보시 관계자 여러분께감사드린다”며 “이번 방문을 통해 양 도시가 지난 20여년간 쌓은 신뢰와 우정을 바탕으로 문화, 청소년, 경제, 행정 등 다양한 분야에서 실질적인협력을 모색하길 기대한다”라고 전했다.
