오산시, 아동위원협의회 위촉식

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=오산 이현준기자] 오산시는 오산시아동위원협의회 위촉식 및 아동학대 예방교육을 실시했다.

이번 3기 아동위원들은 학대위기아동을 선제적으로 예측하고 발굴할 수 있는 지역사회 실정에 밝고 아동복지에 열의가 있는 자를 대상으로 각 동장의 추천을 받았다.

지난 25일 오산시청 상황실에서 열린 1부 위촉식에서는 ▲오산시아동위원협의회 3기 위원(15명)에 대한 위촉장 수여 ▲임원 선출 ▲위원회의 운영 방향 및 아동학대예방 캠페인 추진 관련 논의 ▲지난 4년간 1~2기 협의회 위원으로서 아동학대예방 및 아동복지 증진에 기여한 유공자(3명)에 대한 표창을 수여하며 노고를 격려했다.

이권재 오산시장은 “오산시아동위원협의회는 지역중심의 맞춤형 아동보호체계 구축을 위한 민간의 주축으로 앞으로 2년간 왕성한 활동을 부탁드린다”며 “아동학대 예방교육에 참여해 주신 모든 기관 및 단체에 감사드리고 지역아동의 안정적인 성장환경 조성을 위해 적극 협조해 주시기 바란다”고 말했다.

아울러 2부에서 아동학대 예방교육을 진행하고 오산시아동위원협의회 위원 15명과 아동학대 예방 민·관·경·학 네트워크 구축에 따른 업무협약 30여 명의 관계자가 참여한 가운데 교육을 통해 아동학대 근절 및 인식 개선에 대해 공감대를 형성하며 지속적인 협력을 다짐했다.
