화성시, 적극행정 공감교육’ 실시

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성시는 ‘적극행정 공감교육’을 진행했다.

26일 YBM연수원에서 공직자와 공공기관 임직원을 대상으로 공직에 필요한 혁신과 적극행정 자세에 대해 생각하고 공감하는 시간을 마련했다.

교육은 1강으로 연세대학교 장원섭 교수가 △현대적 의미의 장인정신으로부터 일과 배움의 본질적 가치 회복 △공직에서 일하는 모든 직원들이 집중 실행과 연습 △성공 경험을 바탕으로 해방과 창조의 선순환을 만들기 등을 주제로 진행했다.

2강에서는 정승호 적극행정 전문강사가 △적극행정의 개념과 소극행정 예방 △공직자의 적극행정 추진 과정 사례 소개 등의 주제로 진행했다.

정명근 화성시장은 “화성시민의 삶의 질을 높이기 위해서는 한 명의 시민이 체감할 수 있는 행정을 실현하는 것이 중요하다”며, “큰 변화는 작은 것에서 시작되는 만큼 이번 교육을 통해 조직 구성원의 작지만 적극적인 실천을 부탁드린다”고 말했다.

한편, 화성시는 올해‘경기도 적극행정 우수사례 경진대회’에서 3년 연속‘최우수상’을 수상한 바 있다.
