[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도경제과학진흥원은 '2024년 지역산업맞춤형 인력양성사업 제3차 협약기업 세미나'를 개최했다.
27일 열린 세미나는 ‘2024 경기 스타트업 서밋’ 프로그램 중 하나로 열렸으며, ‘AI와 빅데이터를 활용한 해외 바이어 발굴’을 주제로, 중소기업의 해외 마케팅 역량 강화에 초점을 맞췄다.
지역산업맞춤형 인력양성사업에 참여한 협약기업 및 예비 협약기업 재직자 약 50여 명이 참석해 높은 관심을 보였다.
지역산업맞춤형 인력양성사업은 2015년부터 시작된 GBSA 아카데미의 대표 프로그램으로, 경기도 내 중소기업 재직자를 위해 기계설계, 정보통신, 전기전자 등 분야별 전문화된 NCS 기반 교육을 제공하여 경기도 내 중소기업 재직자의 실질적인 직무 역량 향상을 지원하고 있다.
세미나는 경과원의 교육지원사업 안내를 시작으로, AI와 빅데이터를 활용한 해외 바이어 발굴 기법에 대한 심도 있는 특강으로 이어졌다.
김정한 ㈜유앤케이상사 대표가 진행한 특강에서는 국내외 AI 빅데이터 플랫폼, 트레이드코리아(TradeKorea) 등을 활용한 해외 바이어 발굴 기법, AI를 활용한 거래제의서 작성 등 실용적인 해외 마케팅 전략이 공유되었다.
특히, 인공지능 기반 자연어 처리 기술을 활용한 맞춤형 수출 전략 수립 방법이 소개되어 참가자들의 큰 주목을 받았다.
세미나에 참석한 한 기업 대표는 "AI를 통해 해외 시장의 트렌드와 바이어를 파악하는 것이 매우 유익했다"며 "실제 사업에 적용하여 새로운 시장 개척을 시도할 계획"이라고 말했다.
김길아 기업성장본부장은 "현장의 목소리를 반영한 맞춤형 교육은 기업 경쟁력 강화에 필수적이다"라며 "앞으로도 다양한 산업군에서 AI 기술을 접목한 교육을 제공해 중소기업의 성장을 적극 지원하겠다"고 말했다.
한편, 경과원은 2024년 지역산업맞춤형 인력양성사업을 통해 도내 중소기업 재직자의 지역·산업 훈련수요를 반영한 NCS 기반 교육과정을 개설, 현재까지 총 46개의 온·오프라인 교육을 운영하며 1,525명의 교육 훈련 실적을 기록했다.
