화성도시공사, 평택직할세관과 업무협약 체결

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성도시공사는 평택직할세관과 상호협력 업무협약을 체결했다.

지난 26일 마약·총기류 등 안보위해물품 밀반입 차단을 위해 HU공사 김근영 사장과 평택직할세관장을 비롯해 10여 명이 참석했다.

HU공사는 요트 계류장에 접안하는 외국적 선박의 선원 상륙 금지 및 세관 통보 등의 협력 방안을 마련하고, 평택직할세관은 선원의 상륙 전 선내 점검과 승선신고 여부 확인 등의 업무를 수행할 예정이다. 또한, 평택직할세관은 이번 협약이 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록전곡항 마리나 직원들을 대상으로 교육 자료 제공 및 관련 교육을 실시하며, 불법행위 적발 시 제보자에게 포상도 제공할 계획이다.

HU공사 김근영 사장은 “이번 협약 체결을 통해 수도권 유일의 출입국 거점 마리나항인 전곡항을 통한 안보위해물품 밀반입을 철저히 차단할 것”이라며 국가 안보를 위한 강한 의지를 드러냈다.
