[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성시는 시립화성 실버드림센터를 운영할 수탁법인을 사전 모집한다.
시립화성 실버드림센터(주간보호센터 포함)는 향남읍 하길리 1513번지에 위치한 시설 정원 총 150명(노인요양시설 100명, 주간보호센터 50명) 규모의 화성시 최초 시립노인요양시설로, 지하 1층·지상 3층, 연면적 6,605㎡ 규모로 2026년 6월 준공을 목표로 조성된다.
이번 모집은 실버드림센터를 실제로 운영할 수탁기관이 건립 공사 공정 회의 등에 참여해 의견을 제시함으로써 효율적인 센터 운영이 가능하게 하기 위해 추진됐다.
위탁사무는 시립화성 실버드림센터와 주간보호센터 관리 및 운영에 관한 사무이며, 위탁기간은 준공일로부터 5년이다.
신청자격은 노인요양시설을 운영한 경험이 있는 사회복지법인 또는 비영리법인 중 위탁운영에 필요한 사업수행능력, 재정능력, 공신력 및 전문성 등을 갖춘 법인이다.
신청을 희망할 경우 오는 18일까지 화성시 홈페이지 고시공고 게시판에서 신청 서식을 내려 받아 화성시청 중장년노인복지과로 방문 접수하면 된다. 우편?인터넷 접수는 불가하다.
