소득 기준에 따라 이용자 본인 부담금이 달라지며, 기초수급자와 차상위 계층은 부담금 면제 혜택을 받는다. 중위소득 120% 이하는 기본 서비스 10%, 특화 서비스 20%의 본인 부담금이 있다. 중위소득 160% 이하는 기본 서비스 20%, 특화 서비스는 30%의 본인 부담금이 있다.
