[브레이크뉴스경기남부=성남 이현준기자] 성남시는 발달장애인 청년주택인 ‘희망온빌라' 입주자를 오는 25일까지 2가구 모집한다.
해당 주택은 발달장애인의 주거생활 자립을 지원하기 위해 시와 협약한 한국토지주택공사(LH) 경기지역본부가 임대료를 시세보다 60% 저렴하게 책정해 공급하는 공공임대 주택이다.
입주용 7가구 중에서 5가구는 지난해 11월 입주 희망자의 신청을 받아 선정 절차 후 지난 7월 입주를 마친 상태다.
희망온빌라의 가구당 전용면적은 30~30.41㎡ 규모이며, 세탁기, 냉장고, 에어컨, 전자레인지 등이 내장된 원룸형이다.
임대보증금 100만원으로 계약할 경우 월 임대료는 30만 원가량이다.
입주 신청 자격은 공고일(10.7) 기준 성남시민이면서 독립적인 일상생활이 가능한 19~39세의 무주택 발달장애인이다.
잔여 물량 입주 시기는 내년 1월이며, 첫 임대 기간은 2년이다.
이후에도 입주 자격을 충족하면 2년 단위로 계약을 연장해 최장 10년간 살 수 있다.
입주 신청하려면 발달장애인 청년주택 공급신청서 등의 필요 서류를 거주지 동 행정복지센터에 제출하면 된다.
시 관계자는 “발달장애인의 자립 지원을 위해 제2의 희망온빌라 등 전용주택 추가 확보와 중·장기적으로 주택은 대상자가 마련하고 자립 전환만을 지원하는 ‘주거 유지형 서비스’도 추진해 나갈 것”이라면서 “발달장애인 보호자들의 양육 부담도 대폭 줄어들게 될 것”이라고 말했다.
