[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성시는 ‘화재취약 건축물 등 재난?재해예방을 위한 전문가 협의체' 회의를 개최했다.

전문가 협의체(T/F)는 단장인 손임성 부시장을 포함하여 도시, 소방?방재, 환경, 건축분야의 외부전문가 및 관계부서 공무원 등 총 20명으로 구성됐다.

최근 관내 공장, 위험물 관련시설 등 화재사고로 인해 대규모 환경오염 및 인명피해가 발생됨에 따라 인허가 단계부터 사고예방대책 수립하고자 전문가 협의체를 발족했다.

10일 시청 상황실에서 협의체운영 목표와 부서별 주요 현안, 개선안 등을 발표했으며, 전문가 토론을 통해 화재취약건축물의 정의, 입지 및 토지이용계획 등 세부운영 방안과 검토 주제를 선정했고, 내년 초 ‘화재 등 재난 예방을 위한 가이드라인’ 수립을 목표로 했다.

손임성 부시장은 “2025년 특례시 출범과 더불어 더 안전한 화성시를 만들면서 시민들의 부담을 가중시키지 않는 범위에서 실효성있고 일관된 정책방향을 수립하겠다”고 말했다.
