마르크 뤼터 나토(NATO·북대서양조약기구) 사무총장이 21일(현지시간) 윤석열 대통령과 통화를 갖고 북한의 우크라이나전 파병에 우려를 표했다.
뤼터 사무총장은 이날 자신의 소셜미디어(SNS) 엑스(X·옛 트위터)를 통해 "북한이 우크라이나에서 러시아와 함께 싸우기 위해 군대를 파병한다면 이는 중대한 확전을 의미할 것"이라고 우려했다.
