중견 건설업체 우미건설이 오산에서 ‘오산세교 우미린 센트럴시티’ 견본주택을 공개했다.
우미건설이 10월 25일 경기도 오산시 세교2지구에 조성되는 ‘오산세교 우미린 센트럴시티’의 견본주택을 열고 분양에 돌입한다고 10월 24일 밝혔다.
청약일정은 10월 28일 특별공급을 시작으로 10월 29일 1순위 청약, 10월 30일 2순위 청약 접수를 받는다. 이후 11월 5일 당첨자를 발표하고, 11월 17일부터 20일까지 4일간 정당계약을 진행한다.
우미건설에 따르면 ‘오산세교 우미린 센트럴시티’는 오산세교2지구 A-14블록에 지하 3층~지상 최고 25층, 11개동, 전용면적 59·72·84㎡, 총 1532가구 규모로 조성된다. 세교2지구에서는 최대 규모의 대단지로, 분양가 상한제가 적용돼 합리적인 가격을 갖춘 것이 장점이다.
전 가구는 수요자들의 선호도가 높은 중소형 아파트로 구성되며, 주택형 별 가구수는 ▲59㎡A 244가구 ▲59㎡B 292가구 ▲59㎡C 268가구 ▲59㎡D 100가구 ▲72㎡ 257가구 ▲84㎡ 371가구다.
오산세교 우미린 센트럴시티는 뛰어난 정주여건이 장점이다. 바로 앞에 마루초(가칭/예정)와 고교부지(계획)가 예정돼 아이들의 안심통학권을 확보하고 있다. 또 단지 바로 옆에는 근린공원(계획) 부지가 있어, 쾌적한 주거생활도 누릴 전망이다.

Mid-sized construction company Umi E&C unveiled a model home for 'Osan Segyo Umi Lin Central City' in Osan.
On October 25, Umi E&C announced on October 24 that it will open a model home for 'Osan Segyo UmiLin Central City' in Osan Segyo 2 District, Osan City, Gyeonggi-do, and start sales.
The subscription schedule will start with a special supply on October 28, followed by the first round of subscription on October 29 and the second round on October 30. The winners will be announced on Nov. 5, followed by four days of formal contracts from Nov. 17 to 20.
