【브레이크뉴스 울진】이우근 기자=울진군(군수 손병복)은 소상공인의 금리 부담을 완화하기 위해 오는 28일부터‘2024년 소상공인 특례보증 및 이차보전 지원사업’을 시행한다.

25일 군에 따르면 소상공인 특례보증은 자금난을 겪고 있거나 담보력이 부족한 소상공인이 대출받을 수 있도록 신용보증재단을 통해 보증해 주는 제도로, 울진군은 경북신용보증재단에 3억원을 특별출연하여 관내 주소를 둔소상공인을 대상으로 30억원 규모의 특례보증을 지원한다.
업체당 보증한도는 최대 5천만원 이내 개인신용평점에 따라 한도가 결정되며, 보증 자금 소진 시 종료된다. 대출금리는 금융회사의 금리체계에 따르며, 울진군은 소상공인의 부담을 덜어주기 위해 대출금의 이자를 최고 연 5%까지 2년간 지원한다.
다만, 현재 휴업 또는 폐업 중인 경우, 최근 3개월 이내 신용관리정보 대상자로등록되거나 연체대출금 보유 사실이 있는 경우, 이차보전이 포함되어있는 소상공인 지원을 이미 받고 있는 경우,지원 제외업종(금융·보험업, 사치·향락적 소비 및 투기 조장 업종 등)에 해당하는 경우 등은 제외된다.
신청을 원하는 소상공인은 경북신용보증재단 포항지점(1588-7679)에 예약 후 방문하여 상담·신청이 가능하고, 온라인 및 모바일 앱 '보증드림'을 통해 비대면으로도 신용보증서 발급을 신청할 수 있다.
서류 심사 및 현지조사 등을 통해 대상자로 선정된 자는 NH농협은행 울진군지부, KB국민은행 울진지점, 울진농업협동조합, 울진·죽변·후포새마을금고 등 울진군 내 6개 금융기관에서 대출을 받을 수 있다. 이외에 보증 상담 및 신청·접수와 관련된 자세한 사항은 울진군 홈페이지 [고시·공고]란의 공고를 확인하거나 경북신용보증재단 포항지점으로 문의하면 된다.
