충남 서산시가 25일 시청 대회의실에서 관내 공인중개사 100여 명을 대상으로 ‘공인중개사 역량강화 교육’을 실시했다.
이번 교육은 전세사기 예방과 건전한 부동산 거래 질서 확립을 목표로 마련되었습니다. 시는 교육을 위해 박용덕 국제사이버대학교 부동산학과 교수와 최유정 공인중개사를 초청했다.
박용덕 교수는 거래사고 예방을 위한 계약 유의 사항, 최신 개정 법령 및 판례 등을 소개하며 강의를 진행했습며,중개사들이 실제 거래에서 발생할 수 있는 문제를 미리 예방할 수 있도록 유익한 정보를 제공했다.
이어서 최유정 공인중개사는 전자계약 작성 방법에 대해 교육을 진행했으며. 참석자들은 직접 계약 시스템을 활용해 전자계약서를 작성하는 실습을 통해 보다 실질적인 경험을 쌓을 수 있었다.
이완섭 서산시장은 “최근 부동산 경기침체 장기화로 어려움을 겪고 있는 공인중개사분들께 위로의 말씀을 드리며, 이번 교육이 업무 역량을 높이고 시민의 재산권을 보호하며, 부동산 시장의 신뢰를 회복하는 데 중요한 발판이 되길 바란다”고 강조했다.
