충청남도가 내포신도시에 건립 중인 제1호 충남형 도시리브투게더 ‘e편한세상 내포 퍼스트드림’의 견본주택이 11월 1일 개관하며 본격적인 입주자 모집에 나선다고 충남도가 밝혔다.
이번 견본주택은 미술관 콘셉트로 디자인되어 내포신도시 C2블록(신경리 38-3)에 지상 2층, 연면적 1,568㎡ 규모로 건립되었다.
견본주택의 1층은 단지 모형을 전시해 방문객들이 단지 배치를 한눈에 파악할 수 있도록 구성되었으며, 입주 상담을 위한 상담 공간과 휴식 공간으로 활용할 수 있는 카페, 사업 홍보 공간도 마련되었고, 2층에서는 84㎡ 두 가지 타입의 세대를 직접 둘러볼 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.
입주자 모집은 오는 11일 특별공급을 시작으로, 12일 1순위, 13일 2순위를 접수하며, 당첨자 발표는 19일, 정당계약은 12월 2일부터 4일까지 진행된다.
