거창군, 2024 가구주택기초조사 실시

[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 ‘2024 가구주택기초조사’를 오는 8일부터 27일까지 관내 모든 거처와 가구를 대상으로 실시한다고 4일 밝혔다.

2024 가구주택기초조사는 통계청 주관으로 5년마다 실시되는 조사로, 모든 거처와 가구의 기초정보를 파악하여 2025 인구주택총조사, 농림어업총조사의 정확한 조사구 설정과 표본추출틀 구축 및 주거지원정책수립을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 예정이다.

조사대상은 관내 약 26,600여 가구로, 빈집을 포함한 모든 거처와 가구를 포함한다. 단, 건축연도 5∼30년 미만 아파트의 경우 행정자료로도 확인 가능하므로 현장조사 대상에서 제외된다. 조사항목은 거처 종류, 빈집 여부, 주거시설 형태 등 총 14개 항목으로 구성되어 있으며, 조사원이 현장을 확인하여 진행되고, 전화(콜센터)조사도 병행될 예정이다.
