신한라이프케어가 장기 요양시설 1호인 ‘분당데이케어센터’를 열었다.
신한라이프는 시니어 사업 전담 자회사인 신한라이프케어가 11월 4일 경기도 성남시 분당구 이매동에 첫 요양시설인 ‘분당데이케어센터’의 개소식을 열었다고 11월 5일 밝혔다.
데이케어센터는 가정 내 보호가 어려운 어르신을 일정 시간 동안 보호하여 신체적, 심리적, 정서적 기능의 유지 향상을 돕고 가족의 부양 부담을 완화시킴으로써 삶의 질을 향상시키는 돌봄 시설이다.
신한라이프케어에 따르면 이날 개소식에는 신한라이프 이영종 대표와 신한라이프케어 우석문 대표를 비롯해 신한금융그룹 관계자, LG유플러스 권용현 부문장, 삼성웰스토리 김헌 부사장, KAIST 정재승 교수 등이 참석했다. 이날 행사는 이영종 대표의 축사를 시작으로 센터 관계자의 운영계획 발표, 신한라이프케어 대표 인사말, 내부 시설 관람 순으로 진행됐다.
‘분당데이케어센터’는 어르신들이 집처럼 안전하고 편안한 분위기를 느낄 수 있도록 자연 친화적인 인테리어를 더한 프리미엄 공간으로 조성됐다는 게 신한라이프케어의 설명. 특히, 사회복지사, 영양사, 대학병원 출신의 간호사와 물리치료사 등 전문 인력들이 상주하며 이용자는 ▲치매 예방 뇌 건강 프로그램 ▲스마트 IT 기기를 활용한 건강관리 ▲맞춤형 건강식단 등 차별화된 서비스를 받을 수 있다.

Shinhan Life Care has opened its first long-term care facility, the Bundang Day Care Center.
Shinhan Life Care, a subsidiary dedicated to the senior business, announced on November 4 that it opened its first long-term care facility, Bundang Day Care Center, in Imae-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, on November 5.
A day care center is a care facility that improves the quality of life of elderly people who are unable to care for themselves at home by protecting them for a certain amount of time, helping them to maintain their physical, psychological, and emotional functions and easing the burden of supporting their families.
According to Shinhan Lifecare, the opening ceremony was attended by Shinhan Life CEO Lee Young-jong and Shinhan Lifecare CEO Woo Seok-moon, as well as officials from Shinhan Financial Group, LG U+ CEO Kwon Yong-hyun, Samsung Wellstory Vice President Kim Heon, and KAIST Professor Jung Jae-seung. The event began with a congratulatory speech by CEO Lee Young-jong, followed by a presentation of the operation plan by the center's officials, greetings from the representative of Shinhan Life Care, and a tour of the facility.
According to Shinhan Life Care, the Bundang Day Care Center was created as a premium space with a nature-friendly interior so that the elderly can feel safe and comfortable at home. In particular, social workers, nutritionists, nurses from university hospitals, and physical therapists are on hand, and users can receive differentiated services such as ▲ dementia prevention brain health program ▲ health management using smart IT devices ▲ and customized healthy diets.
